When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number and, if you choose to give them, your email address, project postcode, message and the page you sent it from. If you phone or email, we keep the details you share.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out and follow up on any work you book. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Form enquiries are stored securely in our website’s database and sent to our business email so we can reply. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, data storage and email delivery, who process data on our behalf.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for record-keeping where required, after which they are deleted.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
